I did my BA in Contemporary History at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and I graduated at the beginning of 2021. During my bachelor, I did a six month Erasmus at the University of Vienna. After this experience, I decided I wanted to do the MA abroad and therefore I started looking for a master program in English. When I came across the Global History program in Berlin I immediately thought it was exactly what I was looking for.
In my bachelor I focused mostly on European History and the history of the European integration process, and, even though I am still interested in these topics, with this master I hope to acquire a more global vision of contemporary history, which could allow me to analyze historical fact with a less Eurocentric approach.
