If you need us to sign a form or write a letter for either the DAAD or Ausländerbehörde (visa), please send the following documents to globalhistory@fu-berlin.de at least 4 weeks in advance.

1. Your up-to-date Leistungsübersicht (Your Leistungsübersicht is your transcript. You can download a PDF of it from Campus Management. Go on the “Noten und Punkte” section, there's a little button with a printer on it that says Übersicht. Pick the 3rd option "Leistungsübersicht über begonnene und abgeschlossene Modulleistungen".)
2. Your current postal address (if NOT included on the transcript)
3. A brief summary of your study plans (including graduation plans and any factors that could potentially cause a delay)
4. if applicable documents by the scholarship provider and/or authorities
