MA Global History Forms

A: Certificate of participation (HU)

This certificate confirms the successful completion of a course at Humboldt University (no paper / no grade).After successful completion of the course, the instructor confirms the student’s participation with a signature and stamp.

B: Certificate of participation and examination (HU)

This certificate confirms the successful completion of a course at Humboldt University that includes an examination (paper) and grade. After successful completion of the course, the instructor confirms the student’s participation with a signature and stamp and enters the exam grade.

C. Interdisciplinary Elective Area Certificate

This module certificate confirms the successful completion of a full module outside of the global history section at either HU or FU. After successful completion of the course, the instructor confirms the student’s participation with a signature and stamp and enters the exam grade. A grade can be entered but it won’t count towards the degree. Please submit only complete module certificates (totaling at least 10 credit points).

D. Language Module Certificate

This module certificate confirms the successful completion of language classes for the interdisciplinary elective area. After successful completion of each class, the instructor confirms the student’s participation with a signature and stamp. A grade can be entered but it won’t count towards the degree. Please submit only complete module certificates (totaling at least 10 credit points).

E. Certification of Internship / Proof of Hours

Instead of this proof of hours provided here, students can also submit a letter by the internship employer that includes proof of the hours. To be handed in together with the internship report.

If you need a certification of mandatory internship for the internship employer, please contact the Office of Academic Affairs.

Campus Management Forms

 

With the forms below students can manually (de/re-) register classes in Campus Management (CM). They are not processed by the Global History Team but are to be sent to the Office of Academic Affairs. The forms are in German only. Ideally though students will not need those forms but register and de-register all classes within the CM-registration period at the beginning of each semester.

H. Course Registration / Anmeldung

This form has to be filled out in order to manually register classes with Campus Management. Please hand in before the end of the Campus Management registration period in the beginning of each semester.

I. Course Re-Registration / Ummeldung

This form has to be filled out in order to re-register classes in CM that you have already registered for or even completed but would like to register for a different module than is written on Campus Management.
It is the same form as used for the registration (Anmeldung), so please write “Ummeldung” to indicate that you are only re-registering the class. If the participation for the class has already been confirmed in CM, the instructor’s signature is not needed.

This form has to be filled out in order to manually de-register classes after the registration period on Campus Management.
