I come from Rethymno, Crete, Greece. I studied History and Archaeology at the University of Crete, from 2020 to 2024. I am interested in Modern Greek History and subsequently, the history of the regions which are a part of (the Middle East, the Balkans, and the Mediterranean). The research theme I intend to pursue in Berlin is the history of nationalism and nation-making practices. I am also bent on discovering new interests through my studies in the programme. I am very excited about life in Berlin and glad to be in a programme with many fascinating people.
