Uriel F. Martinez is a Los Angeles, California native. He has developed something of a "rolling stone" disposition to life in which he is never quite satisfied in settling down any which way or place. Naturally, for him, a transcontinental move to study Global History in Berlin was a matter of course. His involvement with history began during his undergrad at San Diego State University when after switching his majors 3 times, he reluctantly settled in studying something practical for his future career. Upon concluding his MA, Uriel is seeking to go into teaching history, political science, and economics in the international circuit and pursue his passion for travel and history. On his spare time, Uriel likes to paint, play blues music on his guitar, and invest in the stock market.
