Thomas graduated from University of Tübingen with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. After an Erasmus semester in St. Andrews, Scotland, he focused on International Relations,Peace and Conflict Studies as well as Europe’s and Sub-Saharan Africa’s contemporary history. Thomas joined the master’s program to broaden his knowledge of recent history through a global perspective and connect with students from diverse (academic) backgrounds. Besides his studies, he is involved in memorial work and historical-political education.
