Ryan Glauser grew up in a suburb of Buffalo, NY, USA. He completed two BAs at SUNY College at Buffalo, in History and Economics. His research focuses on Cold War Europe by examining the socioeconomic conditions of people and their forms of resistance and civil disobedience on both sides of the curtain. By attending the MA in Global History, he hopes to broaden his work and gain a better understanding of the Cold War and local interpretations of the era.
