Originally from Hamburg, Regina completed a one-year propaedeutic program at Leibniz Kolleg Tübingen before achieving her B.A. in History and Social Sciences at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Since then, her fields of interests have continuously broadened and she aims to explore and specialize in the history of race and racism, (forced) migration and (post-)colonial history in a global perspective. Parallel to her studies, she works in the field of political-historical education in a foundation and is in the process of achieving a certification as an intercultural project manager.
