Paula Zöhl graduated from Humboldt University in Berlin in 2012 with a BA in Asian/African Regional Studies. At the department of African Studies she took seminars in African history, African linguistics, and African literature and culture. During her Bachelor’s she developed a further interest in colonialism and post-colonialism, which are global issues and therefore Global History seemed the right Master program for her.
