My name is Martha Oluwafunmilayo Alabi. I graduated from the University Of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria where I bagged a Bachelors degree in History and International Studies. My undergraduate studies was an eye opener into different histories of the world, these series of studies that spanned over for five years spurred my interest into knowing and delving into histories unknown or unpronounced especially African histories that goes beyond colonialism. My belief is that studying Global History at Freie Universität in conjunction with Humboldt Universität will equip me with further knowledge in core areas I am interested in.
