Lisa graduated with a BA with Joint Honors in History and Political Science from the University of Ottawa in 2013. Her specializations during her undergraduate studies included 20th century American cultural history and European politics. Inspired by her extensive travels and work around the world following her graduation, Lisa decided to further pursue her education in a setting outside of Canada. The Global History program offered an excellent chance to study in Germany, as well as a different perspective on history than what Lisa had previously experienced, while still providing plenty of opportunities to pursue her interests.
