Kia ora, I’m Lillian and I am from Aotearoa New Zealand. I received my B.A. in History and Latin from Victoria University of Wellington in 2023. During my undergraduate, my main focuses were based on New Zealand and ancient Greek and Roman history. In the Global History programme, I am hoping to expand my knowledge of different world histories and how they interact in many various ways.

My research interests include gender and colonial and post-colonial social histories. Through my research I am hoping to bring a southern hemisphere perspective to discussions around these themes.
