A Berlin resident since 2011, Kevin holds a joint honours degree in English and History from the University of Salford (Manchester, England) with the main focus of his studies based around a comparative study of European Fascism in the 1930’s. Prior to moving to Berlin, Kevin lived in Barcelona for nine years where he worked as an English teacher, including two years with the University of Barcelona‘s School Of Modern Languages, and later studied for a Translations Diploma (Spanish & French) after an 18-month spell in Paris. His interest in the Global History MA stems from a desire to develop a greater understanding of the historical processes that have shaped the reconfiguration of global relations since the end of the Cold War. Kevin’s regional specialization is the social and economic history of Latin America.
