Jacqueline Wagner

Jacqueline graduated from the University of Hamburg in British Literature and Culture as well as in History. Her field of study primarily focused on (post)feminist structures in neo-Victorian and Postmodernist literature and cinematic adaptations and migration to and within the American continent. Through working and volunteering as a German teacher for one and a half year in Santiago de Chile, Jacqueline took an interest in the development of educational systems in South America with reference to prevailing economic ideologies throughout the second half of the twentieth-century. The master in Global History provides her with the opportunity to combine all her fields of interest and to pursue and enhance her research.
