Henrique Pimenta Gomes
Henrique was born and raised in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. After the conclusion of his studies at an Italian school in Brazil, he decided to pursue a BA in History at the University of Bologna. He wrote his Bachelor’s thesis on the evolution of the collective memory of Winston Churchill, with a focus on his approach to colonial matters. His areas of interest include subaltern studies and the links between memory and power.
