Felicitas Remer graduated from the Freie Universität Berlin with a bachelor's degree in History, Philosophy and Political Science. In her thesis she dealt with the work of the Bremen Missionaries in present-day Ghana and Togo in the late 19^th and early 20^th centuries. Her research interests lie in the fields of the colonial history of Germany and France in Africa, as well as in German-Jewish history. Through the Global History MA, she hopes to broaden her knowledge of these subjects and connect it to the histories of global entanglements and the histories of concepts.
