Charlene graduated from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin with a BA in History and English, where she mainly focused on the modern history of Europe, especially on the 20^th century in Western Europe. During her undergraduate program she joined the University of Sussex for a year in order to broaden her perspective on the topic of National Socialism in the world. The Global History MA in Berlin is a great opportunity to learn more about history from a global perspective and maybe understand the implications for the present a little bit better.
