Camila obtained her Honours BA at York University in Toronto, Canada, with a double-major in History and International Development Studies. During her undergraduate degree, Camila studied on exchange at the Universidad de la República in Montevideo, Uruguay, and worked toward integrating her two disciplines to arrive at a more interdisciplinary perspective. As she embarks on the MA in Global History, she aims to adopt a trans-disciplinary approach to the study of independence in various countries of Latin America, particularly the Southern Cone.
