My country of origin is Russia, but I am also a citizen of Germany. Before I joined the Global History program, I studied at Kemerovo Stated University on the Foreign Regional Studies program. There I studied history and politics of regions such as Europe, Middle East and Asia, also I studied the Japanese language as a language of my regional specialization. I saw the GH program as an opportunity to expand my knowledge of the interconnected world to better understand its borders, conflicts and other problems. Now I am mostly interested in history of conflicts and Conflictology.
