Antonio C. Galang Jr., finished his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in History at the University of the Philippines Diliman.  He was a former European history teacher in Indonesia and an Assistant Professor of History at the University of the Philippines Visayas Tacloban.  His engagement in the Masters of Arts in Global History is to continue his research on the nineteenth century United States Leper Segregation Policy in the Philippines by contextualizing its global perspectives and enlarging the scope to the whole Southeast Asian region.
