Kiva obtained her Bachelor's degree in History and Social Sciences at Humboldt-University Berlin, focusing on the Weimar Republic and the transnationalization of Shoah memory. Her studies at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú raised her interest in Latin American post-conflict states and the entanglements of memory and Human rights education. Through the MA Global History program, Kiva seeks to gain a broader understanding of these entanglements and of global asychronalities.Besides her studies, Kiva is active in political youth education and likes playing soccer and chess.
