Born and raised in Bordeaux, France, I just completed my combined Bachelor's degrees in "Slavic languages and literatures" and "Regional Studies Asia and Africa" in the Humboldt University of Berlin. 

I am mostly interested in international relations, but also in political sciences generally, in the history of economics and in epistemology, discourse analysis as well as intellectual history. The Master in Global History is a great opportunity for me to understand the past and present connections underlaying current geopolitical issues. My regional focus would be on Russian and Chinese imperialisms, Russian colonialism, the question of an "Eurasian" identity as well as the comparison with European imperialist/colonialist history.
