Natalie Wagner  currently studies Global History with a focus on colonialism, European and U.S. imperialism, critical whiteness and histories of resistance. She did her undergraduate studies in Anthropology, Philosophy and Latin American Studies at Freie Universität Berlin and at the City University of New York. In her thesis she wrote about colonial continuities in Social and Cultural Anthropology. Her interest in the global history graduate program stems from her conviction that it is utterly necessary to learn about our own true histories and the world's history from a critical and non-eurocentric perspective to engage in genuine change.
