C.This module certificate confirms the successful completion of Humboldt University modules from the regional area that require an exam. After successful completion of the seminars, each faculty member confirms the student’s participation with a signature and stamp and, if applicable, enters his/her exam grade.

Please return the filled out and signed form to the examination office by the end of the Campus Management registration period in the beginning of each semester.
